Southern California native, Nathan Andrew Riley, began his artistic journey at age 9, singing in his church's children's choir and performing in their musical and theatrical productions.  His pursuit of the arts continued through his elementary and middle school years, and at age 11, Nathan landed his first lead role as Puck in a Children's Shakespeare production of A MIDSUMMER NIGHT"S DREAM.

It was then Nathan began to take his performance craft seriously, studying theatre and piano, and performing with a nationally award-winning middle school choir.  At age 14, he began to study classical voice with Dr. Robb Dennis and he began to perform in musicals with his local community theatre, LifeHouse Theatre Productions.  Then, at 16, he competed in the L.A. Music Center's Spotlight Awards, an arts competition for Southern California highschool students.  Nathan ended up being a grand-prizewinner in the Classical Voice category, earning the opportunity to perform in the finale at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, home of the L.A. Nathan then continued his vocal studies with Marco Schindelmann at the University of Redlands, where he performed in both the Opera and Theatre department's productions.  After recieving his B.A. in Music with a Theatre Arts minor in 2010, he decided it was time to pursue his career as a professional performer.  Returning back to his Musical Theatre beginnings, Nathan moved to San Diego and performed with many of the great regional theater company's there, including The Old Globe Theatre, Cygnet Theatre Company, Lambs Player's Theatre and Moonlight Amphitheater. He also joined the cast of Aladdin: A Musical Spectacular at Disney's California Adventure.
